Established in 2013, Fred & Ginger Coffee was started with a mission to bring speciality coffee to the suburbs of Hertfordshire. We pride ourselves on the hard work and skill of our baristas to deliver consistently great coffee. How we think it should be.
To complement our coffee we have created a considered food offering which reflects the changing seasons.
We believe that the right environment in a coffee shop is an essential part of the experience. With this in mind we have created bright, open spaces to bring people together with an inviting and lively atmosphere.

COFFEE
As a speciality coffee shop, coffee is our pride and joy. We work with the team at Campbell & Syme Coffee Roasters to create our bespoke house blend, ensuring our signature coffee is always tasting the way it should be. We also offer ever changing guest espresso and filter coffees from various roasters and farms across the globe.
All of our Baristas go through meticulous training in coffee preparation to keep our coffee tasting the way it should be, all day every day. Interested? The team are always up for a chat.
FOOD
With our food, nothing is more important than freshness. Fresh ingredients put together each day guarantees the best tasting food. If it’s on our counter, it’s fresh that day. Simple.
All our food is available to eat in or to grab and go and is made to specific daily quantities, so get it before it’s gone!
BREAKFAST
The most important meal of the day…
Filled croissants, smashed avocado sourdough, granola and fruit salad, morning pastries or a couple of slices of toast.
The choice is yours.
LUNCH
We like to keep our menu changing to reflect the seasons and to keep things interesting. You’ll find a selection of salads and tarts in the summer, hot soup in the colder months and an ever changing range of artisan sandwiches.
CAKES
It depends what our guys in the kitchen have baked up today but there is definitely something for all tastes.
CATERING
